Congratulations to our 2011 summer All-Stars! Here's what they accomplished ...
Our SB Majors All-Stars (pictured below) captured the District 6 and Section 7 Championships.
Our SB 10-11s made a good showing in their automatic berth to the Section 7 tournament.
Our BB Majors All-Stars fought to a second place fininsh in their District 6 tourney.
Meanwhile, our BB 10-11s and SB Minor All-Stars concluded their post-seasons as District 6 semi-finalists.
A special thanks to Rufus Kite-Powell and the TBLL volunteers
who hosted a portion of the 10-11 District 6 Baseball All-Star tournament this year. If you have ever been to one of these tournaments, you know how much effort is involved in putting on a quality event. We hope all of the players and parents had an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Congrats to all of the 2011 TBLL Park Champions.
Pictured below are the BB Minor B1 champions, the Giants, and runners-up, the Braves.
Baseball 8-U 2011 District 6 Invitational Tournament
First Place !!!
Our 8-yr old team, behind great defense and pitching, built an early lead and held on to win 8-3 against a high-powered Bayshore team in the finals of the Annual Citrus Park Invitational tournament. This squad is the first TBLL boys team to win this event.
Front Row – Dominick DeCarlo, Joseph Ringewald, Matty Cedola, Carlos Baldor and Harrison Harper
Second Row – Evan Parmer, Dan Fields, Jared Watson, Jake DePagter, Sam Meade and Reese Soper

Softball Juniors 2011 District 6 Tournament of Champions
First Place !!!
Congratulations to our TBLL Juniors girls, with teammates from BS-IBLL. They advanced to the finals without a loss and defeated Northside 8-2 in the championship game.
Danielle Scott fired up the team with her inside-the-park homerun. Caroline Kimbler, Alana Healy, Maren Burns, Julia Schifino, and Mac Herron put their bats on the ball all night and points on the board. Danielle Tringali pitched the 7-inning complete game, giving up only one earned run. Solid defense and sacrifice at-bats by Lauren Lastras, Sabrina Weldon, and Shelby Harris contributed to the victory. Libby couldn't play in the finals but helped the team get there. Nice job ladies!
Parents - please help us ensure your child's safety!
It is absolutely against Little League policy (see Rule 1.08) to allow "on-deck" batters in T-ball through Majors BB and SB divisions, in games or in practice. The only time a child should swing a bat is at the plate or in the batting cages. Coaches are taught this each season but sometimes forget, especially in the younger teams.
Remind them of Rule 1.08 whenever you see it happening. Click here for something that may help.
Bat-buyers beware!
In the interest of safety, there are many new rules this year regarding Little-League approved bats for all baseball (but not softball) divisions. Please consult the official Little League website www.littleleague.org before purchasing a new bat.
