Parents of new players shall provide the following documents for this season's registration: 

w Birth Certificate (or a clearly legible copy of it)

w 3 items for Proof of Residency within TBLL boundaries (Boundaries Map); select one item from each of the following categories (i.e., do not bring 3 different utility bills):

o        Driver's license

o        Utility bill

o        School records

o        Voter's registration card 

o           Vehicle registration                   

o           Insurance documents

o           Internet, cable, satellite bill

o           Medical records

o           Local, state, or federal records (e.g., tax bill)

o           Financial records 

It is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to know/understand the league's legal boundaries (see Boundaries Map) and to ensure that their players are eligible.  Ineligible players are not covered by league insurance and cannot participate in certain post-season events. In some cases, non-resident players can solicit and be granted waivers -- contact the League president for more info.   

No player will be allowed to participate in regular season (Spring) games unless/until all required documents are on file at TBLL.

During registration, original documents will be copied and returned.  If you bring legible photocopies with you, your time will be minimized. 

For multi-player families, only one set of 3 Proofs of Residency is required; a birth certificate is required for each participating child.
